Hi gang!

I just sent my wife back home to visit her family in Blagoveshchensk. I arranged all of her and our 3 1/2 year old daughter's domestic travel within Russia with the Go To Russia company in Atlanta, GA. They arranged transport between Sheremetyevo 2 and Domodedovo, delivery of her domestic tickets, hotel stay and flight itinerary and it went off without a hitch and my wife is safely with her family in Blagoveschensk. So, if you ever need to arrange for travel, I give Go To Russia a "Thumbs UP".

Dear Alex,
I want to thank you again for the arrangements you made for our trip to Russia. The Lufthansa flight was very comfortable, and all the transfers to and from airports worked perfectly well. It was very convenient having an English-speaking guide and a van just for our small group of eight. The drivers were prompt and patient and the guides well trained. We went to all major museums and the side trips from Moscow and St. Petersburg were very pleasant and educational. We also were lucky to see one of the last performances in the Bolshoi before they closed the theater for renovations. My students were overwhelmed by the whole experience and they all plan to go back to Russia some time in the future. As the tour director, I feel very confident that your Russian partners are able to organize and customize trips for any kind of groups. I'm already planning to take another group (probably of senior citizens) next year.

You were great тАУ I was a very difficult customer, having to change my flight several times and constantly bugging you to get me the shortest flying route (I hate to fly!) and you were the soul of patience with me. When we got to Moscow, you had a driver pick us up and take us around to see the sights, as we had about 12 hours until our flight to Perm. I would not hesitate to use your company again and again!

Уважаемый господин Ходорковский!

Я ужасный зануда, и со мной не хочет работать практически ни один турагент. Я хочу покупать билеты по самым низким ценам, получать за это бонусные мили и делать это не через безликие сайты, а с живыми людьми. Меня приятно увидило, что Ваше агенство работает абсолютно не как те другие 'русские' агенства, к 'сервису' которых я никак не могу привыкнуть.
